ACE (Archaeology Cambridgeshire East) is a community archaeology group dedicated to exploring the history and prehistory of East Cambridgeshire, as well as focussing on the under recorded archaeology of the East Fen Edge. 

There is a planned programme of activities, including talks and presentations on local topics along with practical projects including environmental and landscape survey, field walking and excavation.  

Due to Covid-19, meetings and activities have been much reduced, but it is hoped that they will resume in the autumn with field walking and research projects.

We are a small, friendly group, there is no joining fee and everyone is welcome - so come and see what we are about!

ACE meets on the last Wednesday of every month (except December) from 7.00pm to 9.00pm at Soham Library, 7 Clay Street, Soham CB7 5HJ.
