Our geophysics equipment arrived! Staff at Oxford Archaeology East and Cambridgeshire County Council Historic Environment Team have spent the past two Mondays being trained how to use the resistivity and magnetometry equipment by Pete Masters of Cranfield University so we can teach community archaeology groups. Next Monday we are going to train a few members of affiliated Jigsaw groups how to use the resistivity equipment.
